Emma's Guest Cottage is a private high-ceiling casita located 10 minutes from the central Granada historical district. It is nestled into the corner of a tropical home & garden setting in the quiet, clean and safe neighborhood known as Reparto San Juan. This is an upscale development just off of Lake Nicaragua - with views of Volcano Mont Mombacho as well. This self-contained mini-home of Emma has all that you will need to make your stay here in world-renowned Granada, Nicaragua an enjoyable, comfortable and memorable one.

Emma's Guest Cottage has a spacious high-ceiling great room, living room and kitchen area with 3 ceiling fans which makes it quite pleasant. It is also mostly shaded by a gigantic Guanacaste tree that lends itself to a refreshingly cool ambience.

The bedroom has a king sized orthopedic bed and there are windows on all walls which allows pleasant breezes to come in off the lake. There is also an armoire (with locked doors) and wooden shelves along one wall to place all your things that come out of your suitcase!

The bathroom has a hot water shower and the entire casita has its own gravity-fed water tank to ensure that you never run out of water even when the water and/or electricity in Granada is off.

The kitchen area is fully equipped including a propane three top burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, kitchen and dinnerware, utensils and much more.

Additionally, Emma's Guest Cottage offers the following amenities:
A ceramic tiled 20,000 gallon LAP SWIMMING POOL which wonderful for exercising. The pool is surrounded by mango and lemon trees, tropical plants, a canopy and umbrella for more shade, lounge chairs and outdoor furniture.

A propane stainless steel barbeque grill for personal use or for entertaining guests when they drop by.
Daily or as-needed maid service
A cuidador (guard) on-site to oversee the property, open the gate when needed and help as needed
On-site laundry service available
High speed wireless internet throughout the property. Just right for working by the pool.
Cable T.V.
Safe parking for your car PLUS a free car wash every morning or after daily trips
Rental car or 150cc motor scooter available on a as-needed basis PLUS rides and tours available upon request.

Additionally, there is easy access to taxis and the bus lines to the Masaya market, Managua and other surrounding cities and towns.
