Pricing and available dates for Casa de la Plaza
$185 four days and three nights
$330 per week
$795 per month
If you are going to stay for an extended period, like several months or a
year or so let me know and we will do the best we can on the price. If you
are a repeat guest you will automatically get a discount as well as referrals
from previous guests. Just ask!
On monthly rentals we pay the first $50 of the utility costs and you pay the
balance. On longer term rentals you pay all expenses, except housekeeping
and maintenance, but you get a much better price break than the monthly rental
and conservation of the utility service will come back to reward you.
Check in and Departure
We try to accommodate your travel schedule as much as possible so for the
most part we can be pretty flexible. The big hotels need to turn the rooms
as quickly as possible and we concentrate on customer service and making sure
your stay is as enjoyable as possible. We plan on having one full day between
any departure and any arrival to prepare for the next guest so your arrival
and departure time can be early or late. We ask that you let us know your
estimated arrival time and departure times so we can make sure that we have
prepared every detail and have someone to meet you upon arrival if possible.
We don't stick to a 3 PM departure if your plane leaves at 7 PM. Who wants
to hand around an airport for hours? Let us know when you want to leave and
will with work with your schedule.
Payment 
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Pay Pay. Payment is due at the time of the booking. Need to pay by check? Call or E-mail us and we can work something out. Your purchase is safe on a secure payment page. We will confirm all reservations by E-mail.

"OPPS, I made a mistake. What do I do now?" Pick up the phone or send me an E-mail and we can fix it if it is not too late. Need an extra day or your plans have changed? Just call or E-mail and we can work it out. Happens all the time. Sometimes people get down here and wish they could stay a few days longer. If we are not booked for another guest we can do that. Volcanic ash covering your country and you need to wait it out here? No problem. We had special pricing we extended to our guests who were stuck here during the erruption of that volcano whose name no one can pronounce. Better there than camping in an airport or a $250 a night hotel.
