SMOKING

All properties are non smoking inside the house.

IDENTIFICATION

Positive identification is required for all guests. This can be a photocopy (or an E-mail photograph) of the photo page of your passport and in addition we require proof of your permanent address. This can be a driver's license with photograph or any military or government issued identification. You can bring this with you and present it at the check in. All information is confidential and will not be shared with anyone. This identification process is for your protection as well as ours so we know who is staying in the house as well as having information about you in case of an emergency.

DAMAGES

Things happen. Glasses get broken. Remember these houses are not just rentals. They are owned by individuals who live here and other places and rent out their properties when they are not staying in them. As a result there will be some personal items present such as books, CDs, DVDs and the like. These are for your enjoyment and feel free to use anything in the house. You will not be charged for minor damage but you must let us know so we can replace it. You will be charged for excessive damages to the property.

Lease and application

The apartments at Vista Mombacho require a application as well as a lease. Upon approval of the lease and the signing of the application three 4 deposits are required; 1st and last month's rent, damage and utility deposit for the electricity. There are no background check fees or other non refundable fees. The other properties have different policies concerning their policy so check with the owner about specifics.
